The last 18 months has seen the addition of exciting new functionality to the product range, including an integrated e-marketing suite and the networked call and contact centre suite. In addition to our success in business to business (B2B) environments, our market specific versions of the product in sport, leisure and charities are also helping these organisations to deliver effective customer interaction management in these high volume business to consumer (B2C) environments.
