Effective Multi-Agency
Working in Social Care: Utilising People, Processes & Technology
March 21st, Reebok Stadium, Bolton
Through a series of best practice case study presentations and
round table discussion, an expert line up speakers will discuss
integrated working in social care – the people, processes
and the technology fundamental to successful integrated working.
Practical, case study presentations will cover:
- The importance of moving towards multi-agency teams;
- National eSAP Project and the technical architecture to support
SAP data exchange;
- Improving service delivery through integrated working with
health;
- The benefits and challenges of integrating with internal directorates;
- Joined up working in Children’s Services and the implications
for the IS Index
- Integrating CRM and Social Care systems;
- Obtaining executive level agreement and support to facilitate
integrated working;
CIBER will be on hand in the exhibition area to explain how they
have developed systems to support the Children’s Agenda. CIBER
has developed Information Sharing and eCAF systems to support practitioners
involved with the provision of Children’s Services. CIBER
have also developed a state of the art solution to the Single Assessment
Process (CIBER SAP) that is affordable, extensible, integrated and
easy to use.
