SAP Solution Manager is SAP’s new support tool that can guide you through implementation and on-going support of your SAP system. SAP Solution Manager will be the backbone of your SAP systems, act as a single point of entry, and is now fundamental to future SAP support. This presentation will explain SAP’s new tool, highlighting Business Process Monitoring, Integrated issue management and hosting options - all geared to increasing ease-of-use and reducing your cost of system support.
From infrastructure to ‘applistructure’ - the SAP NetWeaver evolution
