Internationally recognised as a leader in the field, Telford &
Wrekin has used whole system change to deliver the reality of a
multi-agency children's service. Through the shared vision of our
partnership we are delivering true multi-agency working, early intervention
and improved outcomes.
The open day will showcase how Telford & Wrekin are joining
up ECM, early intervention and multi-agency working at the universal
level and how this is influencing our building schools for the future
programme.
CIBER UK will be on hand to demonstrate our new eCAF solution based
