The On-Demand service provides an intelligent point of contact
into CIBER for all enquiries and requests for services relating
to the SAP product line. Under the On-Demand service, your initial
request will be owned and managed directly by an SAP aware Service
Co-ordinator who will log your request.

The Service Co-ordinator will investigate the appropriate service
and advise the best course of action, in addition to assigning you
to the correct Resource Centre within CIBER. (ie. Support Incident
Handling, Consultancy Quotation, Account Management.)
CIBER will provide:
- A point of contact to process all SAP service requests
- Advice on suitable services
- Pro-active management of service requests within CIBER UK
- 100% ownership of your problem/request
