Online SupportTo complement the telephone service our customers can also connect directly into our helpdesk system via the internet to log calls, add or review call notes or check the status of outstanding logs. A Login Name and Password is required to access the helpdesk system. If your company does not yet have a login and password then please email us at service@ciber-uk.com with the words Internet Password Request in the subject. You should then give your name and company details in the body of the mail. If you have a preferred password, then please include this in your email. The password may be any combination of numbers and letters up to a maximum of 20 characters.
